AMOS Enterprises proposes to raise Green Loan for its business on construction infrastructure, services and use of clean vehicles that falls into one of the Green Loan Principle project categories which is Clean Transportation.
AMOS Enterprises confirmed construction infrastructures and services will facilitate GHG and carbon reduction in transportation industry. These infrastructures will all improve the road-side air quality and reduce air contaminants (e.g. PM, CO, SOx, NOx).

To ensure that the projects financed by the sustainable financing instrument meet the eligible criteria, AMOS Enterprises Limited has established an evaluation and selection process with the following key elements:

The project evaluation and selection will be based on government department guidelines (Hong Kong Roadmap on Popularization of EV, EnvB). Internal evaluation process is stipulated systematically in the Group’s Procurement policy and supply chain management policy. The evaluation and selection process will would be conducted in internal checking process by the procurement team and relevant departments, and the result would be submitted to. CEO or CFO of AMOS Enterprises for approval based on the nature of the projects is responsible to evaluate and select eligible projects.
We consider that the applicant has well-defined internal checking procedures for project evaluation and selection.

Management of Proceeds

AMOS Enterprises Limited has provided information regarding the internal governance process through which the company can track allocation of funds towards green projects. AMOS Enterprises Limited will establish a register of funds to contain the following information:

Overall opinion on this section:

AMOS Enterprises confirmed that the net proceeds will be deposited in the Company’s General Funding Account. Key transaction information, including transaction date, the principal amount of proceeds, maturity date, repayment or amortisation profile, purchase contract and/or relevant project or sales contract will be recorded. A list of eligible projects and brief descriptions of the projects will also be included, and it has internal mechanism in tracking the financial account.

Reporting

AMOS Enterprises Limited is committed to transparent reporting and will publish company website within one year from the date of issuance of each sustainable financing instrument and annual thereafter until the full allocation of the proceeds. The report will consist of information on the allocation of the proceeds and the environmental impacts of the projects.
