This project involves conserving and revitalising the two-storey former Fanling Magistracy as HKFYG
Leadership Institute.

Use of recycled wood
The site established an effective organisational structure to manage the construction waste, with suitable manpower and lines of communication . Operational training and toolbox talks for workers are carried out regularly.
Install the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air-conditioning units with heat recovery for domestic hot water supply. Relocation of VRF can enhance energy efficiency and make user feel comfortable.
